It is located about 23 km north of Doha and will host the final game of the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Lusail Stadium is one of the most sustainable stadiums ever built.
The stadium features a retractable roof that will protect spectators from the harsh Qatar sun. The roof is made up of over 80,000 panels, which can be opened or closed in just 20 minutes. Lusail Stadium also has a cooling system that will keep the temperature inside the stadium at a comfortable 23 degrees Celsius.
