Now, prosecutors are alleging that this was a case of fraud and corruption, and they are seeking jail sentences for those involved. This includes Neymar himself, as well as his parents and the individuals who allegedly received the hidden payments. Personally, I believe that neymar is innocent because there is not enough evidence to suggest otherwise however i can understand why people would believe he is guilty.
